Boyle Courthouse

In April 1996, OCA was commissioned by Roscommon County Council to carry out a major review of the building.  Subsequently, OCA was reaffirmed in this appointment by the Department of Justice to carry out a major reconstruction of the building.  An extensive and comprehensive survey of the building has been prepared and published.  In addition, OCA carried out the research into the history of the building and that is now being published in booklet form.  A full Design Team is being appointed.  Being a building of some architectural merit, the Project involved a detailed historical statement for the Heritage Council at Kilkenny.

It is not yet known what the final budget will be, but a careful remodelling of the building is now being designed by OCA offices.
