Douglas Hyde Memorial

OCA was appointed to advise on the total redevelopment of the former Church of Ireland building at Tibohine at Frenchpark in County Roscommon.   The work involved the reconstruction of the main building and the re-roofing of the Church itself.   On site was the grave of the former President of Ireland and 2 mausoleums.  OCA was involved in the cataloguing of the graveyard and in the scheduling of all the Headstones and burials. 

The property is now an Interpretative Centre on the history of Douglas Hyde.  OCA advised on the internal layout and the design of the exhibits and all the promotion material.
