STAFF QUALIFICATIONS
All senior staff are qualified in their respective
disciplines.
Staff levels normally depend on workload and apart from the
above permanent staff, associated offices in Ireland and the UK are available as
workload increase, with communications via e-mail and the “net”.
Maximum staff numbers would be limited to 40 persons, unless
overseas works demand additional services.
REPUTATION
The firm of O’Carroll Associates has been in existence in
County Roscommon since 1958. We
have continuous work from the same Clients during these years, which should be a
measure of satisfaction which they feel with the service that we give.
We take a particular pride in trying to facilitate our Clients at all
times and to be readily accessible to them.
EXPERIENCE
RELEVANT TO
PROJECTS
Our experience relevant to the size, scope and nature of the
Project is illustrated in the scope of the Works which we have satisfactorily
completed. In County Roscommon, we
have been involved in the Historical Society since it was formed and have
promoted the Heritage of Roscommon for many years and have tried to publicise
the extent of Roscommon’s Heritage which, to date, has largely been ignored as
far as economic developments are concerned.
We have experience of many jobs both in Ireland and overseas
and have carried out works which, in their time, were valued at £20m through a
whole range of Projects down to the very smallest.
We have a good background of experience in research on many
different building types and the Partners regularly attend CPD Courses every
year. We have a very large
and up-to-date technical library, as well as all the extensive resources
available through current IT methods. We
have also many colleagues in other disciplines in whom we have confidence for
technical assistance.
STAFF NUMBERS
Numbers of technical staff vary from time to time in
accordance with the workload. There
would be a core of at least 3 qualified technicians in the Drawing Office at any
time, with others available over th
e “net” at any time. However,
technical staff numbers at the Roscommon office are always increased for larger
jobs.
Each
and every job is both directed and supervised by one of the Partners.
